How a Remote Session Works
- Start a chat on this page or call (830) 237-6547 and tell us what is wrong. Remote support works anywhere in the U.S.
- A technician sends you to our download page. Run the tool only while you are talking with us.
- Click Connect. A box pops up on your screen with a one-time 6-digit code. Type it into the chat so we know we have the right computer; the code works once and expires in 10 minutes.
- Before a technician sees your screen, you get a pop-up asking for permission. Nothing happens until you click Allow.
- You watch everything we do. Close the window and the session ends.

Prices are plus sales tax. The first hour is paid up front; time past the first hour is billed in 15-minute blocks. Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Central. Pro members get help 24/7.
