The price was reasonable and the turnaround time very short. When I tried to use my printer later, I could not get it to print from the laptop. One call took care of that! Adam took remote control of my laptop and put my printer back into our home network, all in about 10 minutes at no additional charge. So nice to find a great repair shop so close to home!

The nice tech took a look at my phone and said he thought the problem was simply a dirty port. H spent about 10 minutes cleaning and testing the port (said it was REALLY DIRTY) and gave it back NO CHARGE as in no $$). I tried it in my truck on the way home and it worked perfectly!
