  1. Walk in Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, or call (830) 237-6547 to book an appointment.
  2. We diagnose the problem and tell you the price before any work starts. The diagnostic fee is waived if we do the repair.
  3. We fix it, test it, and call you when it is ready. Most repairs take about 24 hours, and phone screens are usually done the same day when the part is in stock.

Most repairs are done in about 24 hours. Phone screens are usually same day when we have the part in stock.

Will I lose my files?

We protect your data during every repair, and we offer data recovery if a drive has already failed.

Is it worth fixing, or should I replace it?

We will tell you honestly. If a repair costs more than the device is worth, we say so.

Do you fix Macs and iPhones?

Yes. We repair Macs, iPhones and iPads along with Windows PCs, Android phones and gaming consoles.

Do you warranty repairs?

Yes. Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty, and we warranty our labor for life. Virus cleanups are the one exception; see our Virus Removal page.
