On top of that, they fixed the computer so I can still use it while I figure things out. Overall, things went way better than I initially thought it would as I was definitely skeptical at first. I took my laptop in for servicing because it was running slowly. After updating the RAM and replacing the cover and adding a backlit keyboard, it works great. The price was reasonable and the turnaround time very short. When I tried to use my printer later, I could not get it to print from the laptop. One call took care of that! Adam took remote control of my laptop and put my printer back into our home network, all in about 10 minutes at no additional charge. So nice to find a great repair shop so close to home!

If this guy wanted to take me he could have — thought my battery was shot and told Him so— he took my phone all apart and didn’t break anything which is hard on a Samsung 7. – he fixed it and took over an hour to charge it and re-test it- said the battery was great and only charged me 40 bucks to fix a dead phone – will definitely send him my business and recommend him
